All purchases on Enesapp — including one-time credit packs and subscription plans — are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR. By completing a purchase, you authorise Enesapp to charge your payment method for the stated amount. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy below.

We generally do not offer refunds on digital credit purchases or consumed services, as these are delivered instantly upon payment. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a service you paid for, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us via the Contact page. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are solely at the discretion of Enesapp. No refund will be issued for credits that have already been used.

Subscription plans (Premium, UltraPro) are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your plan's benefits until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.

Enesapp provides its services 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our applications. AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or medical advice.

All content, designs, code, and trademarks on Enesapp are the exclusive property of Enesapp and its founder. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Content generated by AI tools on behalf of users remains the property of the user.
